3. What is your return/exchange policy?You can return or exchange goods that for some reason did not suit you, provided that its presentation, packaging, labels and waybill are preserved. That is why we advise you to try on and carefully inspect the goods after receiving them, without tearing the labels. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item, due the Romania laws.
